Phone System Outage July 2019

Thanks to CenturyLink our phones have been out of service since 07/22/2019 at around 10:00am. I have called them at least a dozen times in the last 24 hours. I had the problem resolved 07/22/2019 at 8:30pm, but woke up 07/23/2019 in the morning to the phones being out again.
I apologize for the extreme inconvenience, but CenturyLink has verified that this issue is not on our end but resides with them. They have refused to escalate the problem. Once they fix the issue, we should be back up and running.
In he mean time, you may dial an alternate number I have setup, (928) 440-8010.
UPDATE: CenturyLink resolved the problem sometime the afternoon or evening of 07/24/2019. We are reachable normally. Thank you for your patience.
