COVID-19

Our office will remain open and will continue to serve the Flagstaff community as long as we are able to continue to receive vital medical supplies.  At this time we are seeing patients as normal, but at a reduced rate.  

Please note that if you belong to ANY of the groups below DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL NOT BE SEEN.  PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE TO RESCHEDULE.  

  • If you have a higher than normal temperature.
  • If you are coughing, wheezing, or experiencing respiratory distress.
  • If you are experiencing any flu like symptoms.
  • If you have had any of the above symptoms within the last two weeks.  (You must be symptom free for at least two weeks)If you have traveled out of the country in the last two weeks.
  • If you have been in contact with someone who has traveled out of the country in the last two weeks.
Please read and follow the CDC COVID-19 recommendations.

If you develop emergency warning signs for COVID-19 get medical attention immediately. Emergency warning signs include:
  • Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
  • Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
  • New confusion or inability to arouse
  • Bluish lips or face
You will need to CALL the office to reschedule your appointment.  This policy is in place for the protection of our staff as well as other patients in the facility.  WE WILL TAKE YOUR TEMPERATURE AND EVALUATE YOU UPON ARRIVAL.

Please be aware that we too are unable to obtain paper products like toilet paper and paper towels.  Our patient restrooms will be stocked with whatever we have on hand.  Please bring your own paper products if possible.

Due to a nationwide shortage of surgical masks and gloves, we are unable to provide these to you.  YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK FOR YOUR VISIT.  PLEASE BRING ONE WITH YOU.
